I Swear, Only in Winnipeg

February 12, 2008 it was… 

8:00 AM - Clear, light blowing snow

9:30 AM - Cloudy, lots of blowing snow, almost a blizzard.  Figure I’ll have to shovel my way out of my parking space at work.

12:00 PM - No change.  Still cloudy and snowing but beginning to taper off slightly.

2:30 PM - Sunny.  No clouds.  No snow.  Milder temperature. 

WTF?
